Hello!
My name is Veronika and I'm a student from Bratislava, Slovakia. I'm looking for some nice and cozy accommodation in Leiden and its surrounding areas considering that I'm moving here for my studies starting in September. A room in a place where I can interact with other students would be ideal, because while living here and studying, I would love to get to know other people and make new friends.:)

About Me as a Roommate:

I've always shared living spaces, which taught me to be considerate and respectful of others. I'm friendly, open-minded, and like to keep things tidy. While I enjoy socializing with friends, I also appreciate quiet time alone, maybe with a good book or watching Netflix:). I believe in clear communication because it's essential for a positive living environment.

My Hobbies and Interests:

Scouting is a big part of my life. Being a girl scout and a leader, I've learned and enhanced important values like responsibility, empathy and modesty. I've also volunteered as member of staff at several international scout camps, so cooperating and socializing with people from different countries and cultures are not a problem for me!:) I love exploring new places, whether it's hiking in nature or discovering historic city centers. Music is another passion; I enjoy playing the piano in my free time. Staying active is important to me, whether it's going for a run or swimming. And I'm a bit of a bookworm; I love getting lost in a good story whenever I can:).
